A lovely puzzle Leucine, where I would echo all of the positives made by previous commentators. I think on balance slightly easier than your previous one but nonetheless a very good challenge and a few that I failed to parse. Favourites were: 1A, 10A, 20A, 1D, 14D (COTD), 19D (well spotted)and 22D. Spoilers....

Liked this a lot, Leucine, it took my mind off an incredibly long queue 😁 1a is a lovely start. 13a is a great spot! 21a and 24a both very clever too. 3d is simple but raised a smile here. Lots of other nice clues too. Thanks!

Thank you Leucine. An enjoyable puzzle with some very neat clues. Personal favourite was the very clever 7d; having had 8d explained to me (doh!) I think that one's very fine as well. A couple of spoilers in reply.
