Top stuff - as might be expected from your NTSPP output. Thanks Starhorse (and nice to see you here!l Amongst many super clues my favourites were 12a, 14a, 22a, 2d, 3d, 18d & 14d. A couple of obscure-ish entries needed verification but suitably clued sympathetically. Thanks again!

Great to see you here Starhorse! A lovely puzzle, thanks. Very hard to pick favourites but I’ll plump for 12A, 13A, 17A, 19A, 3D, 18D and 24D.

Thanks Starhorse and welcome. Took me a while to get going on account of the lovely, smooth surfaces but pennies started to drop and I sped up with crossers. Really nice puzzle, thank you. I particularly liked 9a 14a 23a 1d 7d and 18d. 3d is a cracker. Cheers

Things move fast here it seems! Belated congrats on putting together such a successful site. Thanks for the comments and feedback. This puzzle was written a while ago and originally submitted to the late Alberich's excellent site. Whilst he would only post puzzles he had vetted for observing the rules of clueing etc. unfortunately you never knew how many (if any) people tried it, let alone what they thought, as there was no feedback.

Thanks Starhorse, really enjoyed this one. Similar experience to Guava, little solved at first but it really rewarded further effort. From a long list of possibilities, I'll pick out 6a, 17a, 23a, 2d, 8d and 24d.

Excellent crossword, Starhorse, thanks for sharing. Every clue neat, well polished and fair, with some lovely inventive and cleverly misleading thinking. Favourites for me were 14a, 20a, 23a, 27a, 3d, 15d, 24d

Very nicely done, Starhorse. I'm sorry I nearly missed this so am late to comment. Some lovely surfaces masking neat construction. Favourites included: 9a, 12a (groan), 14a, 19a, 22a (lol), 1d, 8d, 18d, 21d and 24d. One spoiler in Reply. Thanks. PM

Great puzzle, I started off thinking it was relatively accessible then hit a chewy section, but I got there in the end with the help of crossers (and a dictionary at least twice). I loved 3d, 12a and 23a. 22a made me smile as it’s a MUCH better clue for that word that I came up with! Really concise yet coherent surfaces. A couple of new-to-me words (20a, 16d) but all gettable in the end. Nice one.
