Setter

The four clue types are: alternations, anagrams, charades, and containers. Hope you enjoy : )

I'm pre-liking this one it just has that vibe - will savour it in the pub later - I'll let you know how many pints it takes! :)

Very nicely done, tpg! Two or three quite tricky clues in there (thankfully I had had pre-sight of one of them!) but otherwise certainly worth of the gentle rating. Particularly like 13a and 3d.

Very nice - sufficiently tricky even with the clue constraints!

Good stuff, thanks tpgrammar. A few perhaps above the G's Quick Cryptic level, including my fave 7d - which is perhaps a bit odd surface-wise but very nicely constructed. 4a, 17a, 18a, 1d & 5d my other picks. Cheers 🙂

Thanks tpg for a nicely crafted crossword with my favourites being 9a, 17a, and 7d. I liked the clear wordplay throughout.
