Thanks Podger, good stuff & nicely themed. My favourites were 3d & 19d, and plenty of other ticks too throughout. Pedantic quibbly spoilers ...

Well that set my setter’s cogs whirring! Did you fill the grid building the keywords in as you went along or cleverly find a fit for them afterwards? Very refreshing take on the normal approach anyway. Lots to enjoy overall, with faves including 10a, 25a, 27a, 3d, 6d, & 19d. Beaten by 2d. Liked the old measures, and enjoyed all the different sandwiches (11a, 12a, 20a, 25a, 4d, 9d, 14d). I see the quibbling’s been done 😄 Thanks Podger.

Hi Podger. Surprisingly, I found this accessible in the main. I guessed but couldn't parse 2d and 17d and not being on first name terms with Mondrian in 19d held me up at the end. My favourites were 10a, 15a, 16a, 19a, 20a, 3d. Very entertaining yet again. Oh, and congratulations to you on winning the competition and to me for picking it. ;-)

Another entertaining puzzle with plenty of theme cleverly worked in and the usual fun surfaces - a few head scratchers I had to reveal but overall very entertaining. Top picks 3d, 6d, 7a, 16a thanks Podger
