Nice puzzle, Primus - thank you. Great humour and lots of good clues - favourites include 22a, 24a, 1d, 14d, 16d and 18d. Most of it went in reasonably smoothly but couldn't do 2d (nho). (In 6d, I get "representation ultimately lacking money", but how does the first part work?)

Thanks Primus, lots to like in this one, including 9a, 20a, 24a (neat), 1d (cotd), 5d, 6d, 10d, & 21d (colonial type take a bow!) I personally liked the device in 12a, but you may want to avoid Fez for a while 😄 And should 2d have a DBE indicator? Cheers!

Thanks Primus for an enjoyable crossword. This seemed to be the appropriate level of difficulty for me with 6d being the only clue requiring a word finder. My top picks were 12a (liked the wordplay), 27a, 1d, 5d, and 23d. I thought 'suppliers' in 26a should be singular but otherwise I had no quibbles.

Thanks Primus, good stuff. I liked 12a 🙂 ... happy to see playful interpretation of language but still 'grammatically accurate' within that playfulness. Faves included 8a, 22a, 24a, 7d & 21d. Spoilers ...
