Thanks very much for a fun and accessible puzzle with lively surfaces and innovative clueing. Although I didn't quite get 23d and didn't understand 29a's parse, I was happy to solve the puzzle and especially enjoyed 4a, 10a (for real!), 11a, 4d, 7d (delightful), 16d (I found this interesting), 18d, 20d (clever), and 22d (neat).
