Cryptic crossword No 2,803

Very nice indeed – yet another cracking job. 12a, 30a, 8d, 9d, 22d, etc. Ta lots.

Bedrock's request has been that I target these puzzles at or around Telegraph back page level. Not sure I always manage that (!) but it *should* mean that this is reasonably accessible ...

Very enjoyable, PM - 12a, 30a, and 8d were my picks (which I selected before seeing other comments!), but a fine puzzle altogether.

I almost missed this amid all the activity on MyC yesterday, I'm glad I didn't, it made my day. Super surfaces, a pleasure to just read never mind parse. Many raising a smile. A lot I noted down as favourites including 1d, 4d, 6d, 8d, 17d, 20d, 20d, 21d, 11a, 21a, 27a, 28a, 29a, 12a COTD closely followed by 30a. An inspiration, thank you.

Very nice. Wonderfully smooth surfaces and all very solvable. Hard to pick favourites, but 5a, 12a, 28a, 1d, 2d (I’m old enough to know Cream), 8d (and Queen) and 22d, which isn’t to say any of the others aren’t good. Thanks!

Late to the party but very glad I came! 1d and 8d both superb, such good definitions. Also liked 12a, 23a, 30a, 2d and 22d 💪

I really enjoyed this. Thanks PM. my favourite clues were 1 ac, 11ac, 12 ac and 21 ac. Lovely misdirection in 12 ac and 21 ac in particular.
