Cryptic crossword No 2,765

Very enjoyable crossword. My favourite surfaces were 2d, 9a, 12a, 13a, 21d and 28d (which took far longer than it should!) Thanks.

Really enjoyed this a lot, thanks. Obviously 28d is excellent, but also 10a, 20a, 31a, 3d, 6d, 19d, 21d. 7d defeated me.
