Very good fun PM and definitely the quickest I’ve solved one of yours, with no loss of enjoyment… Faves 11a 24a 14d 27a 30a and 16a my COTD. Cheers!

This started life with the intention of being a 15x15 quiptic but, after one tester found it easy and one did not, now I'm not so sure! At least my heart was in the right place ❤️

Marvellous - PM on more gentle mode is still a lot of fun 😁 loved the namecheck in 13a 😆 also liked 9a, 10a, 23a and 25d. More in reply, but spoilery ->

Very nice indeed PM, thanks for a fun (and satisfyingly solvable) puzzle. Top picks were 9a (neat), 11a 24a (delightful), 13a (cute), 16a (likewise), 27a (fun), 14d (very nice), 21d (neat) and 22d (smooth)....

Loads to enjoy here. I'm a relative beginner and found about half of it straightforward with the rest giving me a decent challenge. Favourites included 9a 10a 13a 27a 5d. My name is 2d and it's always nice to see it in the wild! Nice one.

Very enjoyable puzzle PM, slightly easier than your last but still with a few tricky ones, finding 13a and 29a difficult to parse - and I learnt a few things along the way. Lovely surfaces as usual! My favourites 15a, 16a, 20a, 14d, 17d and 22d

Really enjoyable crossword PM, and for me some slightly tricky constructions in places, but all gettable and fair. Loved the way the theme emerged (didn't make all the links though!). Particularly enjoyed 9a, 15a, 1d, 8d. Thanks.

Thanks PostMark. This was by no means a quick solve but I got there in the end with no reveals or serious parsing questions. My top picks were 1a, 13a, 5d, 8d, and 22d. More in reply.

Great stuff thanks PM ... not as tough as you can be, though still plenty to think about & far from a write-in. The theme helped enormously! Faves include 16a, 27a, 29a, 8d & 22d. Thanks again 🙂

I spotted (some of) the theme after I finished (with a bit of help)- very neat! Faves include: 9a,11a/24a, 16a. 29a I needed a letter reveal to get, damn that's clever. 5d,7d (fave kind of clue),28d

Lots of fun, PM - the theme was nicely done, and at least judging from my pace I don't think it was far off a 15x15 cryptic! I especially liked 11a/24a, 16a, and 26a.

Thanks PM. A bit slow to get to this one, but worth the wait. My podium 10a, 15a, 1d, 25d, 28d but a lot more to like. I struggled in the SW corner, but as others have commented this was relatively gentle with very enjoyable cluing.
