I thought this was quite superb. Some great surfaces and novel (to me) ideas. FOI 11a, LOI 19d. My favs were 1a, 10a, 20a, 26a, 5d, 15d and 19d. I can honestly say this has been my favourite crossword of the week, newspapers included! Thanks.

Thanks for a fun solve, there were a few clues I thought problematical but I did very much enjoy 1A, 18A, 1D and especially 5D.
