Cryptic crossword No 2,291

Love you dad

A mixed bag of difficulty and some new vocab for me here, but fairly clued. Detailed in 22a is a lovely misdirection. Is 15d a word? The clue works but I haven't seen the word before. The double Def in 9a has a nice Sunday night vibe. Thanks TPG.

This kicked my ass a bit! Had to take three runs at it. Liked 13a when I finally got it, one of my favourite kinds of clue even though they can be elusive! Stared at 17d quite long before finally seeing what your were up to there. And of course, I thought I'd stumbled into a puzzle by our pal Dan with 9a (and a bit with 11a - though that's probably just me)
