As a lover of The Private Eye crossword this was right up my alley! Chuckling throughout, my favs were 16a, 19a and 21a.

Very droll Waxon, very much in the Sunday night spirit. 13a was new to me but fairly clued and Google backs it up. 18d takes the crown, in my view.
