Thanks Gennaro, good fun - I found this at the tricky end of your range, perhaps due to lack of GK re 9d as the Nina wasn't immediately apparent to me and needed teasing out plus a bit of Googling. Faves all in the Downs: 1d, 2d, 9d, 16d & 20d (grammatically would prefer either "dropping" or a comma instead of "and"?) Thanks again!

An enjoyable and quick solve, thank you. Liked 13a, 1d, 2d, 17d and others.

Very satisfying, Gennaro. 16d not a word I knew but gettable from the crossers and wordplay. 19a was a proper arm wrestle and worth the struggle. Loved 18d, 2d, 9d.

An enjoyable and speedy solve for me too; favourites were 25a, 1d, 2d, 5d and 15d. I agree with Cigogne’s points re 22a and 24a.

Fun as usual and for the most part fairly breezy, with just a handful slowing me down at the end. Some very nice surfaces too. Faves: 13a, 22a, 25a, 8d and 18d. After seeing the cover photo I was relieved that it wasn't themed around a certain tiny-handed ex-president! 😆

This all went in quite breezily, Gennaro. Needed to return to 8d and 15d but everything else solved satisfactorily. My recollection of 9d is very hazy - I suspect the relationship helped me make sense of 9d rather than the other way around! Top ticks go to 1d,2d, 16d, 17d and 18d. Thanks. PM

Nice one Gennaro, thanks. Mostly a gentle solve until I slowed up considerably about 75% of the way in. I got 9d immediately but NHO the related element so that only helped me near the finishing line. Favourites: 6a, 13a, 1d, 2d and 16d. I agree with Cigogne re 24a and with Fez re 22a.

I was a bit late to this one. Very nice - I agree with others' feedback on 24a and 22a, but nothing hampered solving. I know the phrase May to December from an old sitcom but I'm not well read enough to have any idea how it relates to 9d - seeing the Nina about half way through did help though. Favourites were 10a, 19a, 25a, 1d, 15d, 21d. Cheers!
