Cryptic crossword No 1,672

Goodness me. It's not often I mange to get through one of yours, Tug. I did keep myself alert for both the odd bit of US and for some of your trademark left filed constructions. And got some of both. Perhaps most pleased at being able to parse the first three letters of 19a! 13a, 10d and 21d my podium. Thanks. PM
