Cryptic crossword No 1,213

I do like how the shape of the grid works with the theme. I'm a sucker for funky clues, so particularly enjoyed 15A and the fair roughness of 25D. I hope both 26A and 21D in the grid brought you both as much joy as it did me. Thanks for setting!

I always enjoy a crossword with a theme, and this was a good one. 26a and 21d were really good examples of their type. Also liked 18a, 22d and 14a. One or two surfaces a bit clunky, but then you had some difficult words to clue. Thanks very much for the fun work-out.
