Hi pecabite, I reckon you deserve more recognition! I thought there were some great clues here, including some novel interpretations and devices. 11a and 19a, for example, somehow made the defs seem more hidden by being more proscribed than normal, and for me justified the extra words. I thought ‘peer’ (22a) and ‘ate’ (12d) were very clever. Other faves were 10a, 15a, 17a, 23a, 1d, 2d (well disguised), 4d, & 21d. Thanks!
