Another quiptic that really hit the spot Coot, thanks for a lovely puzzle. I'm a very rusty solver at the moment so I appreciate a puzzle that makes me feel vaguely competent! My faves include 9a (neat), 18a (nice), 24a (nice), 1d (cute), 4d (clean), 10d (fun) and 14d (likewise)

Lovely, Coot. Just the ticket after a heavy and late wedding party last night 😵‍💫! All nicely done but my personal picks were 9a, 11a, 16a, 17a, 21a, 1d, 5d, 14d. Spoiler ...
