Quick crossword No 128

Enjoyable. Good blend of new with some old friends I don't think I've seen in a while, so thanks for doing that. Not sure I get 5a but there was only one possible answer. And any setter who can work in "rocket science" is all right with me.

Very enjoyable with some very nice surfaces. I did wonder if there was some theatrical theme going on with Norma Jean, Annie Hall, Oliver Reed etc but probably not. Needed all the checkers to get (8) and still wonder why. Will try to find where the blog is.
