Thanks Etymonix. I enjoyed the def and "outwardly" in 4d, a funny surface in 5a, 6d (once I was able to guess the "steps" thanks to crossers), and the construction of 3d. Fun annotations, too. Thanks again.

Well it might be a mini but it’s definitely value for money! That goes for the annotations too. Very glad I popped in for a look. I agree with Fez’s first two points and ruefully with the second two also, though they didn’t jump out at me. I’m glad 3d passed the F test as it definitely tickled my fancy. 1d, 4d and 6a were my equal favourites. Stick around!
