Mini crossword No 251

Thanks - I liked 5a especially, and I saw something in half of the solutions but not what you intended.

Lovely grid! Though I'm sad to say I didn't spot the theme. 6a and 1d were favourites for me.

Well! I solved and absolutely appreciated the clues as clues, with 1a, 5a and 4d being my top picks. 2d was helped by having done Anto’s Guardian puzzle on Wednesday. Good choice to avoid mini budgie-smugglers! But am I just not leet enough to get the theme? Thanks anyway- can’t win them all!
