Very nice, Piper. Not really my era but enough of the theme rang bells, I was still able to complete. Particular favourites included: 15a, 21a, 22a, 28a, 12d, 14d (very clever), 16d. Well done for fitting in what you did. Thanks. PM

Found myself humming along (mostly out of tune I admit) as I solved this. Every bit as enjoyable as part one. Thanks!

That was a lovely thematic puzzle, Piper, wonderfully constructed. Tons of fun and lots of satisfying cluemanship. I particularly liked 1a (nice intro and a taster for the comprehensivity of your theme), 9a (cunning and satisfying), 11a (perhaps needs a ? but nice), 15a (lol, lovely surface), 21a (smooth), 25a (clean), 3d (clean), 12d (nice), 14d (clever), 16d (clever) and 27a (simple but fun). Well done!
