Cryptic crossword No 548

Congratulations, Henri, and welcome to MyC. That's a thoroughly decent debut and I hope you enjoyed putting it together. Plenty of invention, a nice range of devices and wit. And I like some of your cryptic defs. Favourites include: 10a, 11a, 12a, 20a, 22a, 25a, 14d, 19d (though I think that might be a bit of a chestnut!). Unlike my first which does not have a decent clue in it, you'll be able to look back a this as a solid starter. Well done. Spoilers and couple of comments in Reply.

Welcome to MyC Henri, an excellent debut. Some nice definitions, and good WP, favourites were 18A, 14D, 15D (rather &lit-ish I'd say), and 16D (needs a ?). Looking forward to your next one.

Well, I finally got round to this one as I said I would, but you’ve already put out two more since then… good going, but I’ll never keep up at this rate! Anyway, this is a solid debut with much to enjoy. Faves were 6d 13a, 22a.
