Well, someone's got to be first to break cover and admit they had plenty of giggles during this solve. A bit of a shock to the system at this early hour but, then, I guess I knew what I was letting myself in for. A few I struggled to parse - 3d and 17d are both nho, 18d was tricky (though it's perfectly fair) and 13a wouldn't come for ages. Favourites include 9a, 11a, 13a, 18a (COTD), 2d (lovely. Another nho but very gettable), 4d (another COTD). But it's all very tightly clued. Thanks. PM

As PM says, plenty of giggles, and in particular I shall never be able to think of a 18a again without corpsing. Favourites were 7a, 9a, 13a (congratulations to PM for slipping a nice double entendre into the comment, BTW), 17d (an unfamiliar word but gettable with crossers) and 19d. We need stuff like this at the moment. Thank you.

Thanks, Bottom. This is absolutely outrageous... but as Gollum's comment suggests, that's not necessarily a bad thing. 18a is a quite brilliant find and genuinely made me laugh out loud. 4d also excellent - simple but very effective. Lots of other good clues. I like that it's a "proper crossword" too, ie not just filth at the expense of Ximenean principles!

Thanks, Bottom. As Gollum says, this has provided welcome relief from everything that's going on at the moment. Well done on getting it up on the site. 18d also my COTD - very funny, although I could probably do without the lingering image.

Thank you all for solving and commenting. If this helped to raise your spirits, then I'll take that quite happily as high praise and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Apologies for the mental images 18A seemed to leave some of you with. Just be glad you didn't end up with the 23A I suffered as a result.

My my, that was even better than your last offering and again inspirational for me to have a crack at pulling off something filthy - bet that'd be hard though. I was brought great joy by all of your surfaces and excellent construction, but making the top of my list were 9a, 10a, 11a, 13a, 18a (clue of the year for me :D ), 24a, 4d (wonderfully neat), 12d, 18d and 19d - that was such fun, bravo!
