Very good fun widdersbel, thanks. Mostly at a perfect level of difficulty for me.... until I became horribly stuck in the lower reaches, that is (see spoilery reply)! Particularly liked 1A (being a great fun of the first series), 17A, 25A (happily overlooking lack the obvious pedantic quibble!), 26A, 3D, 6D and 23D.

10ac very Pauline! Lots to like in this, but enjoyed the Spoonerism (which took me too long to work out!) and 'horse digs'!! Lovely!

Always reliable Widders is what I'm going to call you from now. I know I'm in for a good solve with a couple of headscratchers to make it just nicely tricky enough. Particularly liked 10A groan, 13A horse digs brilliant, 17A lol, 28A fooled me at first - nice use of keen, 6D so simple but lovely, 14D, 16D nice, and 23D again simple but very effective.

Another elegant creation widders and how nice to see Whitstable pop up in the extreme SE of the clueing. Just where it should be - at the throbbing heart of things. Lots to enjoy as always: 1a, 10a, 11a, 18a, 25a (nice), 28a, 6d, 8d, 12d, 14d, 24d all deserve ticks - but then, frankly, so does the rest. Spoilers in reply.

Nice accessible puzzle. Appreciate that this can be difficult to achieve. Well done on the neat, simple ones like 1a 6a 3d 6d and 23d which were all enjoyable. Favourites were 10a 15a 26a and 29a. Cheers
