Special Instructions: 7 clues appear to be double definitions, but to make them work, a key letter, embedded in the grid itself, needs adding at the beginning of the otherwise ‘wrong’ definition to find the correct solution. Easy when you know how!

Thanks Fez, feel free to have the day off 😉

Hey, Sisyphus. Nice puzzle. Needed help with a few, but otherwise nice and solvable. For me, you'd do well to be a bit more generous with the more niche stuff. 17a (without the letter) is something I'd never heard of in that context, and even after googling I'm not convinced it's 100% gettable, whereas there's a more obvious path that could still be clued cryptically and maintain some difficulty. Favourite clue 25a 😁

Nice one Sisyphus. Never heard of 11a. Liked the device in 10a. Also 14a, 24a. 5d and 15d understandably a bit laboured I thought. But all good fun and solvable (apart from 11a for me)
