A lovely bit of work. Thank you Liari. Particular favourites 4a, 9a, 10a, 21a, 25a, 6d, 7d, 8d, 14d, 19d. A few minor quibbles in reply, but nothing that spoiled the enjoyment.

Thanks Liari, that was a really enjoyable puzzle. A nice level of difficulty, gradually unfolding, although I ultimately became unstuck not knowing 25A. Favourites were: 4A, 16A, 17A, 5D and 14D. Minor spoilers in reply.

Nice one Liari. My faves were 4a, 8d (nice def) and 15a particularly - simple but paints a great picture! I wasn't familiar with the 12a 24a, but gettable with the crossers and wordplay.

Hi Liari, some great clues here, really neat and economical. I really liked 4a, 22a, 26a, 18d and 14d. Relatively easy to solve and enjoyable.

Nice one Liari, I do like your misdirection, like Gollum I toyed with flip for 9A, favourite has to be 8D for the definition. Closely followed by 26A for the sheer cheek of it
