Ha ha! Not only made sense of the SI but also spotted everything that I was meant to spot. For once! Well done. On your easier side, on the whole, but that is no criticism. Some fun surfaces scattered throughout. And a few of your favourite tricks/synonyms too. Faves inc 5a, 10a, 12a, 16a, 2d, 5d, 18d and 23d. Thanks. PM

A few NHO here but a simply fantastic grid construction, amazing Nina! A few "huh??" moments like the Def for 31a and the embarrassing amount of time I spent looking at 17d thinking it was (9) not (7,2). Overall a very fun grid, favourites 17d 8d 7d 27a

Well I hope this will rank alongside the Brits in tribute terms! Just great- almost made me like them 😄 Not a bad apple in the basket and these my special picks: 5a, 9a, 15a, 22a, 24a, 30a, 2d, 4d, 17d and 23d (after I’d spend a while wondering if it was Monday’s child who worked hard for a living…) Thanks for the fun.

Thanks Henri for the perfect Saturday morning fare. I found this very approachable and lots of fun. Favourites included 1a, 12a, 30a, 2d, and 8d, but there were no 'bad' clues IMO. More in reply
