I don't understand parses of 2d and 21d, even with your annotations. That aside, superb clues throughout in my opinion: if I had to pick one it'd be 18d. Chapeau and thanks!

It was a relief to complete this with just a few nudges after I utterly failed at your last. As usual, very many very left field definitions added to the enjoyment - nothing obvious here! Hard to pick faves, but here are a few: 10a, 15a, 16a, 25a and 5d, 7d, 15d, 17d. And of course the four side clues! Thanks, Henri!

Thanks Henri. I completed this fairly quickly once I had a few crossers to help so it must be at the kinder end of your submissions. Certainly, the long ones around the perimeter jumped out once a few crossers were in place, greatly helped by the conjunction. I wasn't familiar with 4d but again it was clearly clued. I admire the clues and my favourite was 12a closely followed by 20a.

That was delightful. I enjoyed the perimeter clues and 15a, 18d and 17d

Thanks Henri for the usual sparkling entertainment. I thought this would be challenging at first but everything fell into place rather quickly. I still don't understand the parsing of 13a but all else made sense. Favourites included the shorties, 12a and 19a plus 16a, 20a, 14d, and 18d (loved 'hide problem ... ) Nice perimeter work as well.

Good fun, Henri. I enjoyed the perimeter entries, particularly. Faves inc 1a, 10a, 19a, 20a, 8d, 15d, 17d. Thanks. PM

LOI 18d took a while and was so worth it. I’ll follow up later when I’m at a keyboard. This has some tremendous clues in it, thanks

Hi Henri. This is the first of yours I've managed to complete and it was great! Loved the perimeter clues. Ended up filling in 18d from crossers without parsing it and now that the penny's dropped it is probably my favourite

Hi Henri, lovely puzzle. Lots of very funny surfaces, defs and clues all round. Nice one! Favourites were 18d, 17d, 20a, 15a and the perimeter clues. Cheers
