Cryptic crossword No 3,418

Hello Cricket, it's been a while since my last feedback, but I'm back! Another great effort—favorites are 12A, 24A, 13D and 6D. Because you asked for feedback, I'll give some in my replies! (Unrelated to this puzzle, there are actually 7x7, 13x13, and 21x21 size options in the "New crossword" selection; if you want to upload a 13x13, you can use the 13x13 option so that you don't have to add the black spaces!)

Hi Cricket - thanks for the puzzle - you really tooled-up for this one and the number of theme words was impressive. As someguyinthefridge has commented the construction did indeed have a few oddities but there was still much to like. My favourites were: 11a, 20a, 24a, 6d and 18d.
