Hi emaherself, welcome and well done in your debut! I’d say by far the majority of your clues are indeed Ximenean in the sense of being grammatically correct and fair to the solver. Amongst these the ones that stood out as better clues for me were 4a, 6a, 17a, 23a, 3d, 7d, 12d, & 8d. Thanks for sharing! A few hopefully helpful comments below…
