Hi Ghoti and thanks for this. I have to say it is one of the funniest puzzles I've encountered with really creative elements. Your Only Connect thought processes leap off the page, often to good effect, but occasionally problematically. 24a, 5d, 7d, and the hilarious 22d make up my podium. Spoilers ...
