Hi tpgrammar - thanks for this - I got 10a early on and thought we might be in for epic fury but instead it was an epic delight. A handful I didn't quite parse without your notes (incl 1d despite it staring me in the face) but lots of favourites such as 12a, 25a, 8d, 15d and 17d. Cheers

I mean, this seriously IS epic! Outer and inner ninas, no traumas and great individual clues. Take a day off tpg- I certainly need to! As tradition requires, my pick of the bunch 13a, 22a, 25a, 3d, 14d, 16d - but they’re all up there. For what it’s worth, my baby talk doesn’t sound like yours. Cheers!

Oh very nice indeed 💪 even though I only partly spotted what was going on… reading your notes made me realise that it’s even smarter than I thought! Two tiny comments in reply ->

Thanks tpg for a very clever crossword. I found this challenging at times and I revealed 11a (I missed this due to a spelling error on my part in 5d) as well as 16d. I couldn't parse 17d but when I read your notes it immediately became a favourite along with 6a, 12a, 1d, and 20d. More in reply.

This is wonderful. I had no idea what was going on until the end, and I certainly didn't see the acrostic. Wow. Faves: 13a, 3d, 17d among many others.

Very nicely done tpg, thanks! That’s a really smart construction, and particularly impressive that you were able to keep the difficulty down in the circumstances. It was a relatively speedy solve for me although I did ultimately need a little help in the SW. Favourites: 9a, 12a, 18a, 16d and 20d.

Wow, nice one TPG. I had to see the comments to see just how clever it was. Obviously I enjoyed 18a! Also really enjoyed 10a, 23a, 25a, 14d and my favourite was probably 17d. I really must watch _____ one day, but I know it's not one to stick on in the background while trying to wrangle a new crossword grid of my own, so I never seem to get around to it.
