Cryptic crossword No 317

Lovely puzzle, Hasslethymi, thanks. Relatively gentle but loads of really neat clues with clever wordplay and good surfaces. One or two minor niggles in reply. I particularly liked: 13A, 16A, 25A, 4D (outrageous but it works!), 6D, 15D, 22D and 24D.
