Short and neat. I especially liked 9 itself, as well as 8a (so dark!), 18a etc, 29a and 6d,17d,22d. Thanks Baz, you're on fire this week!

Found this to be some light relief after talking a few more challenging puzzles today. Enjoyed the theme and several amusing surfaces. A few technical issues (as mentioned by Cigogne) didn't spoil the fun too much. Favourites were 14a, 25a, 5d but especially 24d for the clever l&s.
