Many thanks for a great round of snowbound fun. Boy I definitely thought of the wrong Nina from the picture (although it wouldn't have worked, wrong # of letters!). Faves: 12a (more of my ongoing respect for these kinds of clues from you), 22a (same), 1d, 2d, 3d is very amusing, 8d of course, 14d. Nho 10a and had to reveal. Thanks again.

Thanks for this. Lots of fun. I have nothing to add except that in my opinion the definition for 3d is inaccurate (insert snark emoji).

Hi Gennaro thanks for this treat of a puzzle. Lots of very clean constructions like 6a, 18a, 7d, 14d, 16d, 19d and 20d but my favourite was 13a. Thanks again!

Not a Nina I've ever heard, but a good one! Especially liked 10a,12a (great surface!), 18a and 1d,3d,14d,19d

Smooth, stylish and everything working for me! I actually got special satisfaction from 10a, forced entry or not. Member of a girl band from the 60s? Also ticks for 5a, 24a, 25a, 2d, 5d, 8d. In my recollection the Nina had a shorter second word, but could be I’m just common… Thanks for setting a good example.

Thanks for another fun puzzle, Gennaro. Finally have the chance to comment: as best I remember, my favorites were 5a, 10a, 13a, 18a, 4d, 16d, and the helpfulness of the hidden. I'll have to train myself to remain alert for 17d-type clues. Thanks again and have a great week.

Thanks Gennaro. That was a lot of fun with some very well constructed clues, my top picks being 6a, 11a, 13a, 18a, 3d, 14d. However, I had some very small reservations in a couple of clues ...spoilers
