Cryptic crossword No 3,006
Mon 5 Jan 2026, set byIrusan
Special Instructions: I created this puzzle for my wife for Christmas. It's mostly normal, but for three clues: one placename that is really obscure, one that uses a German word in the definition that is unreasonable to expect an English speaker to know, and one definition that is something of an in-joke. I suggest googling the first two if you get stuck, whilst the last will just seem a bit odd.
