This is truly astounding. I cannot even comprehend how you made this work - hats off to you. A few of these clues don't quite qualify for a sensical surface in my view - 15a especially requires a lot of hard work to accept as a sentence. However, given the enormous achievement of an A-Z alliteration grid where clues work fairly and make sense, you are certainly deserving of some leeway. Well done Ncalder, and thank you for the puzzle!
