I am pleased that this one was commended to me - and, knowing the commender's other big hobby, I am not surprised this tickled his fancy. Timely - so I am glad I didn't leave it until Monday. Lots of concise cluing, nice surfaces and, frankly, hardly anything to quibble about. Faves inc 1a, 8a, 11a, 21a, 24a, 1d, 2d, 5d, 13d, 17d (you seem to be in the sand as often as Coot!) and 22d.
