Cryptic crossword No 2,415

A rather satisfying solve Hasslethymi, with a couple of holdouts where the penny eventually dropped. I particularly appreciated 13a, 21a, 27a (!), 21d, 25d among others. A couple I solved but couldn't fully parse the wordplay (e.g. 14a), which is where enabling the annotated solutions is helpful. A good range of devices throughout.
