Thanks Halen, that was fun with my favs being 8a, 21a, 18d, and 19d. I really don't have any 'technical' quibbles but I think some of your surfaces have a 'word salad' feel to them. Crafting smooth, easy-to-read surfaces is quite a challenge at times. A good reference for writing clues and setting puzzles is Don Manley's (Pasquale, Bradman) Chambers Crossword Manual.
