The early omission aside, that was fun Amoeba. I particularly like 14a, 18a, 11d, 15d, 24d, 27d, 28d but it was as interesting to see the progression you've made (loads). What timescale are we looking at?

You certainly gave yourself some tricky words to clue in that first attempt, Amoeba. The refreshed version has some nice ideas and I needed to return with fresh eyes this morning to crack the last half dozen or so. 15a, 15d (very good), 29a (bit of a handful) and 27d were the last few to fall. Oh, and 17a which is certainly not clued as it would have been back when you started! 14a, 18a, 25a, 2d, 3d, 6d, 11d, 16d and 22d my faves. Thanks. PM

Thanks Amoeba. I started this soon after you posted it but have only just managed to come back to finish it. Very glad I did - lots of cracking clues and interesting to see the (massive) progression in a relatively short time. Favourites: 18a, 26a, 4d, 5d, 6d, 8d and 27d.
