Cryptic crossword No 1,902

Thanks Yorick, that was tougher than I expected, but ultimately satisfying in the main. I particularly appreciated 13a, 15a, 22a, 14d, 18d, 19d among others. Found the SW quadrant hardest, with a letter reveal needed to progress. But cracking was very satisfying, with many clever clues. A bit more discussion in reply, spoilers…
