Cryptic crossword No 190

Thanks Popcorn for a fun puzzle. I found it pretty hard with some unfamiliarities and non-standard construction, but enjoyed it nonetheless. Favourite clues were 10a (nice def), 23a, 7d (not sure I've seen that indicator before, I like it) and 12d.

Thank you, Popcorn! 23a was my favourite, runners-up 7d (a new indicator for me as well - a fresh and completely fair indicator for a familiar mechanic is a good find!), 16d and 24a (well hidden-in-plain-sight def.) Quite a lot of words/elements I didn't know, resorting to the reveal button a few times, and some I guessed but can't parse. I'll put a couple of clue-specific thoughts in a reply to this comment. Any chance of annotated solutions?
