Phew! That was a challenge, juff. Thanks for putting this out there. A few allusions were nho for me: once again we are two nations divided by a common language. The cultural references were, in some cases, unknown too. At least I understood the SI and spotted some of the six entries. Thanks. PM

Thanks juff, I enjoyed this! A couple of bits that this UK solver didn't *fully* understand pre-anno, but that's fair enough & the wordplay was clear as well. Spotted most of the entries, although didn't quite guess right - a little earlier than I would have thought!

Thanks for the puzzle juff! Some lovely constructions and an impressive amount of creativity, though pretty tough all over so had to rely on a few reveals to cross the finish line. I particularly liked 14a (clean), 16a (smooth), 20a (cute), 26a (very cute), 7d (fun and neat), 8d (neat) and 15d (fun surface).
