Cryptic crossword No 1,261

Thanks Longyfan for an enjoyable puzzle. My favourite clues were 9a, 18a (nicely done with the definition), 21a (Out-there horse 😂), 5d, 19d, 22d and 26d. Also special mention for fairly cluing 12a otherwise I would have had no chance! Spoilers below...
