Cryptic crossword No 119

Bit of a mixed bag for me, Fring. 17 LOI with its stretchy definitions. I liked 24A, despite having to Google the movie. Thanks!

This was enjoyable though unless I’ve missed something 28a is weak and 23a a bit obvious. There were some very neat ones to compensate for that, though, such as 14a, 7d and especially 27a which was my last one.
