Thanks Angel. That went in fairly smoothly and I did like 10a (very punny), 29a, 6d and 7d (memories of the TV show). The theme passed me by (as usual) and a bit after my time, although I'll check it out further.

Well, I loved that. Right up my street! Liked: 9a, 10a (genius), 1d, 6d, 22d and 23d. A triumph! Additional comments are mildly spoilery so -->

Lovely stuff, Angel. The theme went mostly over my head but I enjoyed the clues! My picks were 4a, 10a, 6d, 7d and 22d.

Well, as themes go, this could hardly be more up my street - one of my all-time favourites. To the extent that I guessed the theme from the preamble even before I'd seen any of the clues. The trademark charming Angel style much in evidence - favourites being 10a, 12a and 15d. Spoilers in reply...

Thanks Angel - a theme even I can't miss! 10a, 7d, and 25a were my favourites... and lots of earworms now :)

Thanks for the lovely puzzle Angel, must admit the theme mostly passed me by, but that didn't spoil any of the fun :) Lots of satisfying clueing, in particular 1a (fun), 9a (neat), 10a (lovely), 12a (neat), 17a (smooth), 24a (fun surface), 28a (likewise), 31a (likewise!), 5d (very clean), 7d (nice construction), 8d (fun), 18d (very clean), 22d (neat) and 23d (neat) - top stuff!

Great puzzle, Angel, and themed on one of my favourites too, like many in the comments. (So who’s got all the tickets?) A top five for me are 12a, 24a, 31a, 7d and 27d but it’s lovely and elegant work all round. Now off for a replay myself. Cheers – Pixie.

Cheers, Angel. Lovely working of a popular theme (they're one of my favourite bands too) across both clues and answers (and the Nina, of course). My top 3: 10A (ha!) 2D, 7D.

That was hardcore!

Very smoothly done, Angel, though I'm afraid I'm another who is unfamiliar with the theme. I recognised there was something going on, of course, and it was referred to in most of the comments but I wasn't able to make the connections. However, it didn't stop the solve or the enjoyment. Many thanks. PM

Thanks Angel, really enjoyable puzzle with a nicely worked theme - very impressive to have thematic Nina, surfaces and solutions without it being obtrusive. Plenty of excellent clues, my favourite was 12a which is lovely.
