Cryptic crossword No 1,104

Thanks for the puzzle Pixlate, that was really quite lovely a solve. Lots of satisfyingly succinct clueing, and I particularly liked 11a (very neat), 12a (fun), 14a (fun and neat), 21a (smooth and clever), 22a (very neat), 25a (nice construction), 26a (particularly liked the middle two words), 28a (clean), 1d (neat), 3d (clean), 6d (very cute), 8d (neat), 13d (very neat), 16d (smooth) and 19d (fun) - top stuff :)
