Hi Pixlate, it's the first time I've encountered a puzzle of yours and I am impressed. My ticks went to 7a, 28a, 2d, 3d, 7d COTD, 15d possible COTD, 23d, 24d another possible COTD, 25d, 26d. For 12 a, all I can say is that you've clearly never been in a Trabant!! Spoilers...
