Not too tricky, but very enjoyable. Really liked 31a especially.

Thanks Gennaro, good stuff - a bit thrown by the lack of a Gennina (and the nice alternative didn't become apparent until too late to be of help!) Faves 12a, 23a, 26a, 31a, & 5d. Spoilers ...

Thanks so much for this! Faves: 1d (of course you'd expect from me), 13a, 31a, 5d, 16a, 21a, 12a, 24d.

As Milo says, not too tricky - and I was convinced there was still going to be a nina despite the SI! But the top row rapidly disabused me of that. 12a, 20a, 22a, 1d, 5d, 7d and 29d are my faves. Thanks. PM

Thank you, Gennaro. Very nice. I did this on paper and now have a better appreciation for the word 'Ticks' -- mine were 20a, 22a, 20d, 24d, 27d, 8a, 12a, 18a (which I initially read as 'bar,' also works), 3d. Thanks very much; I wish I saw 'the thing' before reading the annotations - very nice!
